Our ideal candidate for Partnership Development Manager is an excellent communicator who enjoys developing trusting relationships and partnerships and is passionate about ensuring people with substance use disorder have access to, and receive, the best care possible. This candidate must live in New Hampshire and be able to travel throughout the region to develop and maintain relationships with a variety of partners from recovery centers to hospital systems. The Partnership Development Manager will join a strong New England leadership team with a demonstrated history of success.

Responsibilities:
The Partnership Director in Groups will oversee the Partnership Development Manager, who forms part of the Growth Organization. This individual will be tasked with managing the community referral network in New Hampshire as well as representing the organization externally.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- With a collaborative team-based approach and technology-driven care delivery model, Groups provides a new and better way to fight substance abuse and addiction, differentiating ourselves from other competitors while delivering value to a range of diverse audiences.
- Build and maintain meaningful referral collaborations with essential healthcare providers, justice-involved programs, and community-based organizations throughout New Hampshire.
- Build an uncomplicated and seamless referral system that enables our partners to connect their clients with our rapid intake process without any difficulty.
- Nourish strong affiliations with existing referral partners to ensure their triumph and maintain credibility as a referral source.
- Engineer innovative referral strategies that enhance accessibility to imperative life-saving interventions by fostering partnerships and collaborations.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to ensure effective promotion of new office launches and achieve predicted growth in intake numbers post-opening.
- Extend a helping hand to local partnerships during outreach events by joining hands with Care Delivery Teams in the community.
- Participating in presentations, local conferences, and events is crucial for Groups to increase community awareness.
- Collaborate closely with Care Delivery Teams, encompassing operational managers and clinical directors, to devise strategies tailored to different regions that can boost relationship efficacy and attain targeted objectives for scheduled intake.
- Skill in operating and maintaining software for record-keeping.
- Despite the extent of travel prerequisites, they are always open to modification. The motivation behind travel is often derived from the necessities of your professional partnerships.

Qualifications

- The candidate we are looking for must have earned a BS/BA degree and have at least 5+ years of experience in fields such as healthcare outreach, sales and marketing, healthcare operations, or other healthcare-related areas.
- Experience in building successful partnerships and increasing sales performance within assigned territories.
- Highlighting outstanding skills in communicating with others through oral and written forms, delivering impressive presentations, and displaying remarkable interpersonal capabilities.
- Expertise in managing the demands of a fast-paced, mission-driven organization that prioritizes growth.
- Incorporating community events, promotions, and leveraging other grassroots marketing tactics can drive engagement, awareness and revenues in a multi-location organization.
- Having exceptional communication skills to converse with individuals within and outside the organization, across various departments, and with external participants.
- Someone well-versed and practiced in using customer relationship management software.
- Being knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is beneficial.
- A precondition for this job is the possession of a genuine driver's license, a pristine driving record, and personal transportation to travel to several workplaces.
