You will be responsible for various tasks in this role, including but not limited to:
- Work closely with the treatment team and build your expertise on addiction and recovery, managing the member's treatment plans by coordinating decisions supported by our clinical specialists.
- Successfully juggle both office and region demands, while continually developing clinical skills to enhance your expertise and reinforce your competence.
- Administer around 10-12 weekly therapy sessions to groups of individuals that aid in building up their abilities to recover from their struggles and promote a sense of belonging using our established course outline.
- Document members’ progress utilizing measurable outcomes (Core Milestones) and customer surveys (NPS scores).
- Take the initiative to communicate with residents and business owners, asking what they need and how the organization can better meet their needs
- Promote Groups and its charitable mission to various community groups by providing them with newsletters, mailers, and other relevant written materials
- Join the discussions in public assemblies that concentrate on combating drug addiction and its related concerns
