From Monday to Friday, the business is open for eight hours starting from 9 o'clock in the morning until 5 o'clock in the afternoon

Sat/Sun off

Being on-call during off hours is necessary for this position, and the candidate must be prepared to work four times annually during weekends or holidays and at most two holiday periods each year.

The role of the regional operations supervisor encompasses the management of our Bloomington, Crawfordsville, Franklin, Martinsville, and Terre Haute offices

In delivering on the position's mandate, the Regional Operations Supervisor will collaborate closely with the Clinical Supervisor, day-to-day operations and administrative teams, and support the implementation of programs and initiatives that aim to improve service delivery. The selected candidate will work with the direct reports to ensure that the region has a sustainable structure that can support the growth and development of the organization. The Regional Operations Supervisor can expect to lead and support recruiting, training, and retention programs for their respective teams.

  • Attract, instruct, supervise, and bolster Office Coordinators deployed in various locations
  • Assign a mentor or a buddy to each new employee who can guide them through the onboarding process, answer their questions, and help them adjust to their new environment. This will provide a more personal touch and help newcomers feel welcomed and supported
  • Providing ongoing training to direct reports based on their needs can help them stay up-to-date with the latest information and techniques
  • Ensure smooth functioning of all sites under the assigned purview
  • Schedule frequent touchpoints with your employees, assess their achievements, and provide useful suggestions for enhancement
  • Maintain a keen focus on managing general tasks while keeping track of regional and state-specific KPIs such as scheduling, growth, P&L/budget, and employee satisfaction
  • Perform duties within the confines of provided power, while meeting all regulatory and professional requirements
  • Tasked with the vital role of ensuring that all office schedules are accurate and up-to-date, while maximizing overall capacity
  • Align staff coverage for the office or schedule to account for any call-outs or scheduled personal time off for the direct team
  • Ensure the execution and integration of all regulations, methodologies, and processes in all assigned sites
  • By maintaining health and safety requirements where needed, businesses can avoid potential legal and financial implications associated with accidents and injuries
  • As part of your job, you must keep an eye on all requests to purchase supplies and oversee that requests are handled accurately and quickly
  • Examine and review the operational procedures to determine compliance with quality standards
  • Attain an effective launch of new locations by managing outreach efforts, hiring, logistical needs, and other operational concerns
  • Be responsible for managing office shutdowns when required
  • Engage in regular discussions
  • Help to conduct audits of facilities for adherence to state licensure requirements, accrediting body mandates, and managed care provisions
  • When addressing elevated feedback, it is essential to listen actively to understand the concerns being raised fully

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Take a proactive approach to community outreach by distributing brochures, flyers, and other written materials to stakeholders, and by meeting with members of the community frequently.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • While a Bachelor's degree is preferable, the employer may entertain candidates with a mix of education and practical knowledge
  • With more than 4 years of practical experience in the administration of multi-site operations, the candidate brings valuable expertise to the role
  • Ideal candidates will possess relevant work experience in the healthcare, retail, or hospitality industries
  • An applicant must be able to travel extensively while performing this hybrid position, spending roughly 40-60% of their workload in transit to each workplace
  • To ensure seamless remote work connectivity, it is imperative to have internet and telephone services that are dependable and provide fast download and upload speeds of 50M and 10M, respectively, along with a powerful WiFi signal from your work location
  • Compliance with the pre-selection criteria and fulfilling the mandatory requirements that come along with background screening is mandatory for all potential employees. Such requisites might comprise fingerprinting, drug testing, health check-up, and CPR/basic first aid, depending on the concerned state's prerequisites.
