Groups Recover Together (or Groups) is an outpatient addiction medicine provider that delivers comprehensive outpatient treatment for opioid addiction. Sustained recovery is tied to aspects of life that are beyond the reach of a provider visit so our care model includes three core modalities that are proven to help individuals get their lives back on track -- medication, weekly group therapy, and care navigation. Responsibilities

At Groups, the Partnership Development Manager will be overseen by the Partnership Director and work under the Growth Organization. Their responsibilities include managing the community referral network in New Hampshire and representing the company externally.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Healthcare professionals, as well as criminal justice and case manager groups, can trust that Groups' evidence-based approach to addiction treatment is founded on the most recent research techniques, which we use to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Build and maintain meaningful referral collaborations with essential healthcare providers, justice-involved programs, and community-based organizations throughout New Hampshire.
  • Build a clear and accessible way for our referral partners to refer their clients to our rapid intake process.
  • Cultivate ongoing alliances with current referral partners to assure their success and retain a dependable source of referrals.
  • Unleash your creative abilities to establish new avenues for referrals and collaborations to aid in accessing critical life-saving treatments.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to guarantee efficient advertising of new office openings and achieve desired intake growth after inauguration.
  • Join forces with local Care Delivery Teams to strengthen collaborations during outreach events, offering support to foster partnerships.
  • Creating awareness about Groups in the community can be carried out by attending presentations and conferences at the local and regional level.
  • Join hands with Care Delivery Teams, which comprise of operational leaders and clinical directors, to design regional strategies aimed at boosting relationship efficiency and achieving planned intake objectives.
  • Skill in operating and maintaining software for record-keeping.
  • Although the prerequisites for travel may be exhaustive, they are always amenable. The goal of travel often centers around fulfilling the needs of your partnerships.

Qualifications

  • To be eligible for this role, applicants should hold a BS/BA qualification and have amassed a minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare outreach, sales/marketing, healthcare operations, or other healthcare-focused spheres.
  • Known for building strong rapport with clients and achieving measurable sales growth.
  • Demonstrating excellent skills in communicating through written and spoken words, delivering polished presentations, and exhibiting superb social aptitude.
  • Expertise in managing the demands of a fast-paced, mission-driven organization that prioritizes growth.
  • Building a loyal customer base in a multi-location organization through grassroots marketing requires innovative approaches and a deep understanding of various markets.
  • Exhibiting a remarkable capacity to communicate with different levels within the organization, across business units, and external collaborators.
  • A proficient individual in using CRM software.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace can be beneficial.
  • To travel to different offices, the incumbent must have a valid driver's license, an unblemished driving history, and their mode of transportation.
