The Regional Operations Supervisor position at Groups is a crucial cog in the wheel of the organization as it seeks to provide the best care possible for our members across various locations. The role requires a candidate that can build and lead teams effectively while ensuring optimal operational efficiency. The Regional Operations Supervisor will work collaboratively with the Clinical Supervisor, senior management, and direct reports to provide impeccable service delivery consistently. The selected candidate will report to the Associate Operations Director or Operations Director, depending on the region.

- Recruit, educate, oversee, and assist a group of Office Coordinators operating in numerous sites
- Utilize a variety of resources such as videos, presentations, and online training modules to make the onboarding process more engaging and interactive. This will also ensure that the information is easily accessible and can be accessed at any time
- Providing ongoing training to direct reports based on their needs can help them stay up-to-date with the latest information and techniques
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations in all relevant facilities
- Organize routine discussions with direct reports, appraise their work, and provide them with constructive feedback to help them acquire new skills
- Juggle multiple tasks while ensuring that regional and state-specific KPIs, including census, engagement, retention, scheduling, growth, and P&L/budget, are consistently achieved
- Work within the limits of provided authority, ensuring compliance with relevant professional standards and regulations
- Responsible for creating and maintaining office schedules that are well-balanced and that facilitate optimal productivity and service delivery
- Guarantee adequate coverage for the office or schedule, accounting for any unexpected absences or planned PTO among the direct team
- Confirm that all rules, protocols, and workflows are implemented and welcomed in all assigned stations
- By following health and safety requirements where necessary, companies can promote a positive working culture, which can lead to increased morale and job satisfaction
- As an overseer, you will be required to ensure that supply orders and furniture purchases are being carried out efficiently and effectively
- Assess the performance of operations to guarantee adherence to established quality metrics
- Guarantee the success of new location launches by strategically carrying out recruitment, community engagement, and operational logistics
- Manage the termination of office operations when needed
- A useful step in collaborating with regional leadership is to engage in regular discussions with them. These discussions can revolve around strategic planning, implementation updates, and performance measurements. They will work to ensure a consistent and productive relationship
- Help to conduct audits of facilities for adherence to state licensure requirements, accrediting body mandates, and managed care provisions
- Responding to elevated feedback demonstrates that the organization values input and is committed to addressing concerns

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Though a Bachelor's degree is favored, the employer also accepts applications from candidates with a comparable mix of education and experience
- The candidate's 4+ years of experience managing multi-faceted operations at diverse locations are extremely relevant to this position
- Prospective candidates with experience in healthcare, retail, or hospitality are strongly encouraged to apply
- An applicant must be comfortable with a mix of duties, including extensive travel up to 60% of the time across all office locations, for this hybrid job position
- Access to Internet and phone services that provide fast download and upload speeds of 50M and 10M, respectively, as well as a strong WiFi signal from your remote work location are essential to maintain work efficiency while working remotely
