The position demands on-call and after-hours availability, with the expectation of being on-call for weekends or holidays four times per annum and on-call for up to two holidays annually.
The regional operations supervisor would be responsible for managing the activities of our branches situated in Bloomington, Crawfordsville, Franklin, Martinsville, and Terre Haute

Responsibilities

- Source, train, administer, and facilitate a group of Office Coordinators operating in various regions
- Provide opportunities for new employees to shadow senior employees and participate in team-building activities. This will help them to build relationships with their colleagues and get a better sense of the company’s culture
- Providing opportunities for learning and development is a crucial part of building a high-performing team
- Keep a watchful eye on the daily functioning of all assigned sites
- Hold consistent meetings with your employees, evaluate their accomplishments, and offer specific recommendations for improving their work
- Juggle multiple tasks while ensuring that regional and state-specific KPIs, including census, engagement, retention, scheduling, growth, and P&L/budget, are consistently achieved
- Act within authorized parameters, while upholding professional obligations and complying with regulatory requirements
- Oversees all aspects of office scheduling including room bookings, employee shift patterns, and client appointments to ensure maximum productivity
- Guarantee that there is plenty of direct staff to cover the office or schedule during leave or unplanned absences
- Guarantee the implementation and assimilation of all regulations, methodologies, and processes in all specified areas
- Maintaining health and safety requirements where necessary showcases a company's commitment to employee well-being and can enhance its reputation
- A crucial responsibility of your job is to supervise supply orders and make sure that all required equipment and furniture purchases are processed on time and efficiently
- Monitor the operational processes to check compliance with quality requirements
- Guarantee the success of new location launches by strategically carrying out recruitment, community engagement, and operational logistics
- Make sure the closure of offices is conducted appropriately
- Collaboration with the regional leadership involves relevant assessment to identify what needs to be done. Every action taken during the collaboration should be subject to consideration and conscious thought. Regular assessment will ensure that the most efficient approach is always taken
- Work to prepare site visits to meet the regulations set forth by the state, accrediting agencies, and managed care providers
- Effective communication during the feedback process helps to ensure that all parties have a clear understanding of the issue and the organization's response
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take a proactive approach to community outreach by distributing written materials like pamphlets, flyers, and brochures and engaging with community stakeholders through regular meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- While a Bachelor's degree is favored, candidates with a corresponding balance of education and experience are likewise considered
- The candidate offers extensive experience managing multi-site operations for over 4 years, making them a valuable addition to the team
- Relevant experience in healthcare, retail, or hospitality is a preferred qualification for this role
- An applicant must be comfortable with a mix of duties, including extensive travel up to 60% of the time across all office locations, for this hybrid job position
- Consistent, reliable internet and phone services with fast download and upload speeds of at least 50M/10M, along with a robust WiFi signal, are critical for remote work to ensure productivity and connectivity from your remote location
- Meeting the pre-employment eligibility criteria and adhering to the relevant state and job-based regulations is mandatory for all potential employees who undergo background screening. The prerequisites might consist of fingerprinting, drug testing, health assessment, and CPR/First Aid, among other state-specific requisitions.
