A regional operations supervisor would be responsible for overseeing the operations of offices situated in Bloomington, Crawfordsville, Franklin, Martinsville, and Terre Haute
The main objective of the Regional Operations Supervisor position is to ensure operational efficiency within the assigned region/state. As such, the role comes with significant responsibilities, including leading mentorship and vision-casting to direct reports to enable optimal internal communication. Additionally, the chosen candidate will be tasked with identifying opportunities in the implementation of technology or process improvements that could elevate the organization's operational efficiency. The Regional Operations Supervisor will also represent the organization in the assigned region/state in relevant meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Hire, instruct, manage, and encourage a team of Office Coordinators spanning multiple regions
- Utilize a variety of resources such as videos, presentations, and online training modules to make the onboarding process more engaging and interactive. This will also ensure that the information is easily accessible and can be accessed at any time
- New employees need guidance and support when they start a new job, and offering direct in-person assistance can help them feel more confident and settled
- Take charge of the daily operation of all allocated locations
- Arrange regular check-ins with your staff, evaluate their work, and give them productive feedback to help them grow
- Ensure that all general tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively while maintaining an eye on regional and state-specific KPIs, including census, engagement, and retention rates
- Conduct tasks in line with the given authorization, observing relevant professional standards and regulatory obligations
- In charge of managing and maintaining the office's capacity to accommodate the needs and demands of its clients and employees
- Ensure that there is enough staff to cover the office or schedule appropriately for any departures or absences among the direct team
- Make certain that all procedures, policies, and workflows are put into effect and embraced in all allocated establishments
- It is imperative to adhere to health and safety protocols where necessary to prevent harm to employees and customers alike
- The actual supervision of supply orders as well as other essential equipment and furniture acquisitions is important to ensure an efficient flow of operations
- Carry out audits on the operations department to assess adherence to quality parameters
- Ensure the success of new location launches by taking care of operations needs, recruitment, and community outreach
- Supervise the dismantling of offices when appropriate
- It is imperative to cooperate with the regional leadership to achieve optimal results. One effective way to achieve this is by collaborating with the local management team. This collaboration will provide insights into the region's operations and enable the determination of the best approach
- Assist in the preparation of onsite inspections for compliance with state regulatory guidelines, accreditation standards, and managed care expectations

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Requirements:
- A preference is given to individuals with a Bachelor's degree, but a blend of education and hands-on experience is also considered

- Individuals with a background in healthcare, retail, or hospitality are encouraged to apply
- The job opening is a combination role, necessitating travel to all office sites, which can account for up to 60% of the work week
- Reliable internet and phone services are integral to remote work, and it is critical to consider a plan with a download speed of at least 50M and an upload speed of 10M or higher, in addition to a robust WiFi signal from your remote location
- Adherence to pre-employment conditions and fulfilling all the relevant state and job-related screening standards is mandatory before selecting the desired candidates.
