Qualifications:

• A minimum of three years of experience in the retail or consumer service industry is required
• A year of cultivating leadership skills
• Demonstrated skill in assembling and supervising motivated and competent teams that deliver top-notch performance
• An eagerness to engage with customers and inspire them to become part of the Nike community
• Those who possess strong digital literacy skills are able to navigate complex digital systems and adapt to new platforms with ease
• Individuals seeking employment must be willing to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, according to the needs of the business
• The job entails the applicant being capable of performing physical activities like twisting, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and being able to stand for prolonged periods with or without reasonable modifications.
• Talent to communicate effectively using the English language
• While a high school diploma or GED is preferred, candidates with additional post-secondary education will have an edge over other applicants
