$2,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Salary: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Dependent on licensure, experience, and education

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 10am-8pm EST Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off

Requirements: Active full licensure in Indiana

Groups Recover Together offers comprehensive outpatient treatment for opioid addiction. Our approach is based on the principle that recovery involves more than just office visits. Our care model includes three key components: medication, weekly group therapy, and care navigation. We are committed to providing high-quality clinical treatment and team-based support to help individuals rebuild their lives in sobriety.

Responsibilities

If group therapy is your passion, this position is for you. As a Counsellor, this will be your primary focus. At Groups, we question industry standards. You will not be required to manage all aspects of care for your members on your own. Along with the potential to contribute to the transformation of each of our members' lives, as a Counsellor, you will be part of a cross-functional care team that includes prescribers, care navigators, peer recovery coaches, and office managers. The team collaborates to serve our members, providing a holistic clinical paradigm based on the notion that counselling, medicine, and community are essential for long-term recovery.

• Leading the treatment team and coordinating members’ treatment plans
• Managing a schedule and caseload to support office and regional needs while developing your clinical skills
• Collaborating with team members on the clinical service model
• Leading 2-3 one-hour group therapy sessions to develop recovery skills and foster community
• Documenting members’ progress using outcome measures and client feedback
• Engaging in community relations activities, distributing promotional materials, and attending meetings related to substance abuse and addiction

Qualifications

• An active Indiana behavioral health license (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, associate level licensure)
• Qualities of compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and investment in member success
• Availability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed
• Preferred backgrounds include mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, or medication-assisted treatment (MAT)
